Sharon Hunte Mar
Reflexology
Sharon trained with the Association of Reflexologists and qualified in September 2005 and registered with the AOR.
She first became interested in reflexology after reading books on the subject and decided to do an introductory course. After trying out the technique, which she found fascinating, she went on to further training.
During her first year as a reflexologist, she also trained in Indian Head Massage after receiving a treatment from a friend, qualifying in September 2006. She finds that this works well alongside reflexology as both are very relaxing complementary therapies, working from head to toe.
