Rosie
Sports And Deep Tissue Massage
Aromatherapist
Rosie has over 10 years of experience in the field of Aromatherapy and use only Pure Essential Oils blending the oils according to the individual needs of her clients.
Aromatherapy is the ancient practice of using essential oils - the fragrant extracts of aromatic plants and flowers - to encourage physical and emotional well being.
Aromatherapy is an holistic treatment in its own right which works on the mind, body and spirit.
In the hands of a qualified therapist it can assist in combatting a wide range of physical and emotional problems. It has been shown to be, not only helpful in the treatment of stress related conditions, but also with muscular, circulatory, respiratory, digestive and skin disorders and ailments.
She is available at Willows Friday evenings, Saturday and Sundays, and also for counselling on Tuesday evenings.
Sharon Hunte Mar
Reflexology
Sharon trained with the Association of Reflexologists and qualified in September 2005 and registered with the AOR.
She first became interested in reflexology after reading books on the subject and decided to do an introductory course. After trying out the technique, which she found fascinating, she went on to further training.
During her first year as a reflexologist, she also trained in Indian Head Massage after receiving a treatment from a friend, qualifying in September 2006. She finds that this works well alongside reflexology as both are very relaxing complementary therapies, working from head to toe.

Judith Medhurst
Yoga
Jude has been practising yoga and meditation for over twelve years and teaching for just over seven years. She trained with the Bihar School of Yoga (Satyananda Yoga) and completed an intensive Teacher Training Course which is accredited with the British Wheel of Yoga - recognised as the governing body for yoga in the UK by the Sports Council of Great Britain.
Having trained with the Bihar School, one of the styles of yoga that Jude teaches adheres to the Satyananda Yoga tradition - meditative and contemplative. She also teaches a more dynamic and fluid style that links postures together. Generally, Jude has a unifying and eclectic style and approach to her classes, blending together the diverse teachings that she has been exposed to and drawing in techniques from other sources and teachers. Her other main influences are Sarah Powers (Yin Yoga and Insight Meditation) and Erich Schiffmann both of whom Jude has studied with. She teaches locally and in the City and also has several private clients. Jude enjoys teaching weekend yoga retreats and organising yoga holidays and retreats abroad.
As part of the project work for the teacher training course, Jude completed an in-depth study of the benefits of yoga for women coping with the symptoms of the menopause. She has developed this and has run short workshops specifically designed to help women going through the menopause and peri-menopause stages of life.
Jude is also an I.T.E.C. qualified holistic massage therapist and foot reflexologist with over twenty two years practice experience. Training with The Churchill Centre in London, she achieved accreditation and is a member of the Faculty of Physiatrics and the Independent Professional Therapists International. All of my courses are recognised by the Institute of Complementary Medicine.
